Shipping policy

At Aussie Pup Co. we partner with trusted suppliers to bring you quality pet products at fair prices, shipped straight to your door across Australia.

Order processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a tracking link as soon as it ships.

Delivery times Estimated delivery is 8 –12 business days after processing. Most orders arrive comfortably within this window, though occasionally peak periods or carrier delays can add a little time.

Multiple shipments If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days — at no extra cost to you. Don't worry if one turns up before the others.

Shipping costs Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order. Any free-shipping promotions, when running, will be shown before you pay.

Tracking your order A tracking link is emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow a few days for tracking to begin updating after dispatch. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days, email us at aussiepup105@gmail.com and we'll look into it.

Incorrect addresses Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We're unable to take responsibility for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, though we'll always do our best to help.
