Refund policy
At Aussie Pup Co. we want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. For hygiene reasons, grooming items that have been used cannot be returned unless faulty. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Faulty or incorrect items: If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
How to start a return: Email us at aussiepup105@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply with return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 –10 business days.
